Questions
Which files can I use?
PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 5 MB. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background looks best on the bike. Light logos show up best on dark bodywork, and dark logos on light bodywork.
Does the picture show the real bike?
The bikes are generic, unbranded 3D models of common types. The picture shows where your logo sits and how big it is, not the exact shape of your own bikes.
What happens after I send a request?
We read every request and reply by email, usually within a few working days, with questions about your bikes, the options and a price.
What do you do with my logo and details?
Nothing is uploaded until you press Send request. Then your details, your logo and the picture are stored only to reply to your request. We do not share them or use them for anything else. Ask us any time to delete them. See the privacy page.
Why do I need an account to download the picture?
Downloads on Moto Zero are for account holders. It is free and takes a minute: just your email, no password.
